Jim Boyd (Jimmy) Casey, Jr., 17, of 3408 Peach Orchard Road died Friday in a local hospital after a brief illness.
A student at Butler High School, he was the son of Mr. & Mrs. J B Casey Sr. and had lived in Augusta all his life. He was a member of the American Motorcycle Association.
Survivors, other than the parents include paternal grandparents Mr.& Mrs C W Casey, Augusta; one uncle, Wesley M. Kennedy, Augusta; three Aunts, Mrs. Joyce McCuen Jr. of Ware Shoals, SC; Mrs. Helen Turner, Macon Ga., Mrs. Pauline Sims, Augusta; and several great aunts and uncles.
