A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Poteet Funeral Home, West Chapel with Rev. Jane Moore and Rev. Sam Atkins officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Other surviving family members include one son, Dana Gore and daughter-in-law, Mary Beth Gore, Shelburne, Vt.; brother, Kirkland Gore, Gainesville, Ga. Mr. Gore was born in Griffen, Ga. He was an assembly line operator for E-Z Go Textron, Inc., and a Navy veteran. He attended Whole Life Ministries Church.
