Mr. David L. Glowczewskie, 21, Spasrr, died Thursday of injuries he received in an automobile accident.

He was born in Roxana, Ill., and came to Marion County six years ago from Wood River, Ill. He was a disable veteran and was awarded two Bronze Stars for service in Vietnam. He was a Catholic.

Survivors: parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Glowczewskie Sr., Sparr; sisters, Mrs. George Kelly, Fort McCoy, Wis, Mrs. Charles Benvenuto, Wood River, and Mrs. Gerald Bradley, Edwardsville, Ill; half sister, Mrs. Ray Gibson, Livermore, Calif; brother, Frank Jr., Ocala; half brother, Harry Hanewinkel, Barnhart, Mo.

When he was in Vietnam he was critically wounded when he lost his lower legs from a mine blast. He had a long period of recovery overseas and at the Valley Forge Hospital in Pennsylvania. In that incident, three other members of his platoon were killed. They were:
