Florence S. Ayers, 95, 415 Roosevelt Ave., died Sunday at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Florence Schuette was born in Manitowoc, where she married Albert Ayers Sept. 18, 1920. They moved to Eau Claire and established the American Materials Corp.
Survivors include a daughter, Natalie Danielson, Eau Claire; two sons, Fred, Owen, both of Eau Claire; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
There will be no visitation or services. The body will be cremated. Stokes & Sons Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
The family prefers memorials to Luther Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital or the YMCA.
