Pfc. Gebrah P. Noonan, 26, of Watertown, Conn., died Sept. 24 in Fallujah, Iraq, of injuries sustained Sept. 23 in a non-combat incident. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga. He is the son of William Noonan of Orange and Ling (Chin) Noonan of Watertown. Besides his parents, he leaves two brothers, Ariel Noonan and Adlai Noonan, both of Watertown; a sister, Sheminith Noonan of Watertown; two stepbrothers, Patrick Jacques of Wallingford and Paul Jacques of Watertown; maternal grandparents, Kathleen Chin of Stamford and Michael Chin of Brooklyn, N.Y.; paternal grandmother, Anne Razumich of St. Johns, Ind.; 14 cousins, 5 aunts, including Lise Leist of Pound Ridge, N.Y., and 6 uncles.
