Richard Fanning Loper. Richard Fanning Loper died Wednesday at his home at Pine Point. Mr. Loper was born in Philadelphia but had resided here for many years. Besides his wife, who was Miss Elizabeth Dixon Palmer, he leaves two sons,Alexander P. and Richard F. Loper and two daughters, Misses Priscilla and Elizabeth Loper, all of Stonington.
