COOKEVILLE - Funeral services for Pearlie Ann Bohannon, 76, of Rt 8, Cookeville, will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bohannon Cemetery.

Mrs. Bohannon died Wednesday (November 13, 1985) at the Cookeville General Hospital after an extended illness.

A native of Putnam County, she was the daughter of the late Zak and Harriet Welch Lee.

Mrs. Bohannon was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Her family includes her husband, Hershell Bohannon; two sons, Billy and Ernie Bohannon, both of Cookeville; two daughters, Geneva Vickers of Dayton, Ohio and Mary Bohannon of Nashville; two brothers, Hubert Lee of Ohio and Billy Lee of Cookeville; a sister, Eula Bohannon of Cookeville; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. thursday at the funeral home.
