The death of Mrs. Eva Bamborough, widow of James Bamborough, prominent farmer of Ionia county, occurred Saturday at the home of her son James, in Winnetka, Ill.

Mrs. Bamborough was the daughter of Judge and Mrs. Milan A. Willett of Ionia.
Her father served as judge of probate for several years. After she was married
to James Bamborough they lived on a farm near Spaulding corners until 1912 when
they moved to Ionia. In 1913, Mr. Bamborough died. Mrs. Bamborough moved to
Chicago to make her home with her son in February, 1935.

She is survived by two sons, Lynn of Alma, James of Winnetka, a daughter Mrs.
Gertrude Mattison of Ionia, two grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. J.D. Strachan
of Washington, D.C.

The body will arrive in Ionia at five o'clock Monday afternoon, December 7.
Funeral services will be held in the North Plains church Tuesday, December 8 at
3:15 o'clock. Paul L. Stewart will read the ceremony. Interment will be in the
North Plains cemetery.
