Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First German Evangelical
Lutheran church, the Rev. L. H. Koeninger officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Rusboldt was born in this city in 1871 and when a young man learned the
cigar makers' trad mail carrier. He served 32 years, retiring 11 years ago.
In 1899, he married Miss Bertha Nienaber of this city. She survives with a son,
Roland of Baltimore; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Haase of this city; a sister, Miss
Ricka Rusboldt of this city; and two grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home from
Wednesday noon until Thursday at 10:30 a.m. when it will be moved to the church
to lie in state until the hour of the services.
