She was born July 3, 1929, in East Poultney, the daughter of Horatio and Frances (Mashak) Marshall.
Mrs. Coloutti graduated from the Poultney High School in 1947.
She was employed many years by Green Mountain College as a supervisor of maintenance and housekeeping prior to her retirement in 1994.
Mrs. Coloutti was a direct descendent of one of Poultney's original 13 settlers.
She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mrs. Coloutti was a charter member and longtime volunteer of the Poultney Rescue Squad.
She enjoyed dancing, bowling, gardening and cooking.
Mrs. Coloutti was an avid sports enthusiast. She especially enjoyed the Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics and the New England Patriots.
Survivors include five sons, Thomas P. Coloutti and his wife Francie, Anthony "T.J." Coloutti and his wife Erica and Francis J. Coloutti, all of East Poultney, Michael A. Coloutti and his wife Marilyn of West Rutland and Carmen and his wife Julie of Thorndike, Maine; a sister, Joyce Abrahamson of Jackson, Maine; a brother, Paul Marshall of North Adams, Mass.; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Horton Marshall and Harold Marshall.
