CHESTER - Kip Allen Smith, 46, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, at home.
Born May 25, 1964, in East Liverpool, he was the son of Wanda Smith of Chester and the late Harry H. Smith.
He graduated from Oak Glen High School and worked as a painter in the Tri-State area.
Survivors include a son, Zachary Smith of California; one brother, Harry R. Smith of California; and two sisters, Patty Lyons of Pennsylvania and Crystal Smith of East Liverpool.
Rev. Delmar Logston will conduct a private service at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester with burial to follow in Locust Hill Cemetery.
