Edna (Bunn) Gomez, 93, of Olney, died at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 4, 1987, at Richland Memorial Hospital.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, in the Memorial Chapel of Summers Funeral Home, the Rev. Burl Shinkle officiating. Burial was in Crest Haven Cemetery.
Mrs. Gomez was born Dec. 31, 1893, in Claremont, the daughter of William and Ella (Henry) Bunn. She married Ben B. Gomez in June of 1926 in Chicago. He preceded her in death. She was a retired nurses aide.
Survivors include one son, Ben of Olney; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three nieces; and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister.
