Completed arrangements are being announced for Estelle Foster, 90, of Obion, who died Sept. 20, 2010, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home, with the Rev. Melvin Poe officiating. Burial will follow in North Union Cemetery in Gibson County.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Crowell, Sonny Strawn, James Handy, Patrick Brooks, Bobby Wyatt and Timmy Crowell.

Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. today.

She was born July 28, 1920, in Humphreys County, daughter of the late W.F. Strawn and the late Fannie Mae (Bradford) Strawn Fillman.

She was the widow of James Elbert Foster and was a homemaker and retired factory employee.

Survivors include two daughters, Karen Brooks of Union City and Janet Handy of Helena, Mont.; her son, Joe Foster of Obion; and eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bill Strawn.
