Edgewood, Ia. -- Funeral services for Mrs. Allen Hansel, 84, will be held at the Methodist church here at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. She died in Willard hospital, Manchester, Saturday, after having been in ill health since December. The Rhines funeral home is in charge of funeral arrangments.
Mrs. Hansel was born in Elk Township, Clayotn county, as Sarah Emily Smith.
Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. W.E. Herman and Mrs. Peisoll, both of Bell, Calif., Mrs. M.E. Randall, Tulare, Calif., and Mrs. E.G. Wright, Kansas City, Mo.; and three sons, Earl, Everett, and Clifford, all of Edgewood.
