Funeral Services for Mrs. Heath

Last rites for Mrs. E. J. Heath, widow of E. J. Heath, of Matthews, who died last night at her home here on 600 Kingston Avenue, Dilworth, were held this afternoon at the residence of Rev. W. Walter Peele, pastor of the First Methodist Church, assisted by Rev. G. Ray Jordan, pastor of Dilworth Methodist Church. Burial was made in Elmwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Heath had been ill for about four years. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. C. P. Bivens, of Wingate; Mrs. Neal Pharr, of Concord; Mrs. Herbert Kirkpatrick, of Charlotte; Mrs. B. C. Redfern and Mrs. Howard Smith, of Monroe, and a son, Paul Heath, of Penn's Grove, N. J.; two brothers, C. R. McLaughlin, of Matthews, and Joseph McLaughlin of Charlotte, and three sisters, Mrs. C. D. Shelby and Mrs. H. G. Harper, of Charlotte, and Mrs. S. B. Manson, of Pineville.
