I Marth Bucher of the County of Crawford and the state of Illinois being weak of body but of sound mind & memory, do make and ordain this my last will in manner as follows,
1st. It is my will that all of my just debts & funeral expenses be discharged by my executors hereafter named.
2nd. I give & bequeath unto my sone Jessey Buckner, One Hundred dollars to One Colt worth Twenty Two Dollars, One saddle worth Seven Dollars, Twenty Three pounds of Feathers $11.50, One coverlid $5.00 to One heifer $6.00 to Six Hogs $6.00, to One Axe .75 cents, to 90 lbs. of Bacon $9.00, to One Trunk $3.00, to One sett of plates .75 cents, to One Table worth 1.00 all of which he has already had, which is his full share.
3rd. I give & bequeath unto my son Charles Buchner One Horse By the name of "Ball"' One Plough & Sett of Gears, his choice.
4th. I give & bequeath unto my daughter Jemima Bradbury, One Feather Bed and Furniture which she has got.
5th. I give & bequeath unto Enoses Buchner my son One horse named "Jack" One Plough & Gear.
And it is my wish & desire after all of my just debts and funeral Expenses be paid & discharged by my Executors that all of the remainder of my be equally divided between my six Children Namely Charles Enos Jemima John, Sarah Elizabeth & William Buckner.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Nixon Evans my Executor, to see that this my will be full.
