Leading Mason Dead.

Galveston: Col. M. F. Mott, grand commander of Grand Commandery of Texas, A. F. and A. M., and for many years a well known citizen of Galveston, died Sunday morning. He was in his 69th year. On October 18, Col. Mott fell from a street car and sustained injuries from which he never recovered. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Grand Commandery of Texas of the Masons acting as escort.
