PHILIP E. NULF, 76, of Fort Wayne died yesterday at VA Medical Center.
A Fort Wayne native, he had lived in New Haven for several years. He owned Pen Reproductions and retired in 1988 after 53 years as a silk screen artist. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of St. James Lutheran Church and New Haven Post No. 330 of the American Legion.
Surviving are his wife, Nora; daughters, Elizabeth Nulf, Barbara Simon and Cynthia Wood, all of Fort Wayne, and Marilyn Vickers of Minneapolis, Minn.; a stepdaughter, Margaret Heckman of Paulding, Ohio; stepsons, Robert Heckman of Tennessee, and Thomas Heckman of Fort Wayne; a sister, Winifred Scheeler of Florida; five grandchildren; and nine stepgrandchildren.
Calling will be 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 U.S. 30 E, New Haven, with services at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
