J. Brent Gafford age 19, Illesheim, Germany, died September 21 in an auto accident.
He was born October 4, 1971 in Nampa, Idaho, to Jerry Gafford and Virginia Wicker. He attended Adelaide Elementary and South Davis Jr. High in Bountiful.He graduated from Rigby High School, Rigby, Idaho, where he lettered in Football. He enjoyed playing Soccer, Tennis, and Basketball. He loved the Utah Jazz, hunting and fishing. Brent's best friend and confidant was his little sister Rita. Brent was stationed with the U.S. Army in Germany, a country that he loved. He was looking forward to receiving his Air Traffic Controller Certification on his Birthday, Oct.4th. This was a joyful and rewarding time in Brent's life.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday October 1st 1991 at 2:00 p.m. at the Orchard 2nd LDS Ward 3707 South 800 West. Friends may call Monday evening 7-9 at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary 295 North Main and on tuesday at the church 12:45-1:45 prior to services. Interment: Bountiful City Cemetery
