Mrs. Mark Freeman of Chandler is Dead
CHANDLER, April 24 --- Mrs. Mark P. Freeman died at her home at 8 o'clock Sunday morning after a lingering illness of six months. Mrs. Freeman has been in Chandler since the founding of the town and has taken an active part in public life and was a particular favorite among the young people, among whom she had many friends. She is survived by her husband, Mark P. Freeman; two daughters, Mrs. John Farnsworth of Phoenix and Mrs. Robert Merril of Gilbert, and her mother and sister in California.
Funeral services will be held at the Freeman home at the corner of Buffalo and Washington streets, at 10 o'clock Monday morning. Interment will be in the Greenwood cemetery in Phoenix.
