Harold Lee Benesch - Pueblo Chieftain - July 05, 2003 - Harold Lee Benesch, born March 11, 1943, in Pueblo, was taken from us suddenly July 3, 2003. A gifted woodworker, storyteller and jokester, he will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 39 years, Alene Marie; mother, Sarah Faye Benesch; brother, Don (Phyllis) Stevens; sister, Peggy Kingston, all of Pueblo; sisters-in-law, Ruth Stevens and Willa Boerger of Beatrice, Neb., and Roma (Lawrence) Christen of Pawnee City, Neb.; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his father, Clarence Benesch; sister, Marjory Stevens; brother, Joe Stevens; and nephew, Charles Chacon. Cremation with memorial service, 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at T.G. McCarthy Rose Chapel.
