Most of all he enjoyed being with his wife, children, and grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Loy is survived by his children; Tim R. (Hilary) Abbey of Gregory, Lesley (Steve Fear) Fletcher of Howell, and Nichole (Dave) Wolf of Stockbridge. Also surviving is his mother Phyllis Osborne of Stockbridge; his brothers and sisters Jerry L. (Debra) Osborne of Ypsilanti, Leon (Sarita) Osborne of MI, Judy L. (Lee) McRae of TX, Kathy Osborne of Stockbridge, and Lori Osborne of TX; his grandchildren Cassidy, Kristen, Heidi, Samantha, Dylan, Kaitlyn, Alexandra, Timothy Jr, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Lee H. Osborne and his sister Elaine Short. Funeral services will be Friday, February 10, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Good Shepherd Mission with Parson Billy Allen officiating. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Mission. The family will receive friends at the Mission which is located at the corner of Brogan Rd. and M-36 in Stockbridge, on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Arrangements are by the Caskey-Mitchell Funeral Home."
