Shane is survived by his wife, Tina and their daughter Elizabeth; parents Larry and Kathy West of Springfield; sister Trish (husband Dan) Blentlinger of Williamsville; nieces and nephews Kayla Edwards, Tyler Blentlinger and Lauryn Blentlinger of Williamsville; father and mother in-law Mike and Helen Leckrone of Springfield; uncle Jay Woerly of Roseville, IL; sister-in-law Brittany (husband Brian) Stokes and their daughters Brie and Brooklynne of Springfield and grandparents Dean and Virginia Boysen of West Burlington, Iowa.
His family will greet friends from 2-5 PM, Sunday, September 19 at Staab Polk memorial Home 8855 State Route 4, Chatham. Additional visitation will be from 9AM until the time of services at 10AM, Monday, September 20 at Calvary Temple, 1730 West Jefferson, Springfield, with Reverend Mark Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
