Carrie Elizabeth Colburn, 42, of Paragould, died Aug. 30, 2010, at Methodist Hospital in Paragould.
Born Dec. 7, 1968, she was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ivarn and Mattie George and Carl and Trellis Colburn.
Survivors include two daughters, Chastity Henry and husband Cliff, and Rachel Giles; a son, Jared Giles and wife Suzanna; her parents, Darrell and Marilyn Colburn, Walnut Ridge; two sisters, Tammy Winfrey and Mendy Chambers; and five brothers, Tommy Colburn, Sammy Colburn, Matthew Colburn, Bobby Gates and a special brother, Mike Ozbun.
A memorial service will be held Friday at Main Street Church of Christ with Rob Combs officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Paragould Children's Home.
