Lilly Collins Hood was erroneously recorded as Lillie 'Collins' on her death certificate, although she was married to Andrew Henry Hood at the time. Plus, as with many death certificates filled-out during the height of the Spanish Flu Epidemic, Lilly's death certificate contains very little information due to the number of patients and dead to be dealt with. ~terry
