A funeral service for Aubrey "Glenn" Teague of Hobbs will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2010, at Bethel Baptist Church.

Steve Lord, Star Hospice chaplain, will officiate. Burial will follow after services at Teague Cemetery.

Visitation will be at 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2010, at Chapel of Hope Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Chapel of Hope.

Teague, 69, died September 11, 2010, in Hobbs. He was born May 29, 1941, in Hobbs.

He worked for Providence Energy Services for many years until his retirement in 2008. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and a member of Roadrunner Antique Car Club.

He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his father, R. L. Teague and wife Virginia, of Hobbs; a son Donald Teague and wife Melody of Hobbs; four daughters, Sis Teague of Hobbs, Jo Teague of Eunice, Janice Cowan of Eunice and Shirley Brown and husband Michael of Eunice; three brothers, Leon Teague and wife Karen of Fort Worth, Texas, Richard Teague and wife Gerry of Seminole, and Bobby Teague and wife Anita of Hobbs; one sister Wanda Mobley and husband Bill of Brownwood, Texas; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and Gloria Teague of Hobbs.

Glenn was preceded in death by his mother Hazel Marie Teague, lifelong companion and mother of his children, Betty Sue Teague, in 2009; three sons, Steven Dean Teague, Mark Edward Teague and David Wayne Teague.
