Niles – Emma Louise Worvey, 82, died at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday at Pawating Hospital after an illness of one week.
A member of St. John's United Church of Christ and the Loyal Star, Macabee's she was born April 19, 1894 in Niles. She lived here her lifetime.
On Sept. 9, 1916 in Niles, she married Orville M. Worvey, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Billy R. and Bobbey M. both of Niles; a daughter, Mrs. Steven (Buela) Sobieralski of Niles; a brother, Clarence Horner of Niles; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Felhauer of Niles and Mrs. Lucille Detich of LaPorte, Ind.; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's United Church of Christ with the Rev. Harry O. Willman officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
