G. Milton Augenstene

Services for G. Milton Augenstene, 72, former office manager of the Tuberculosis League of Pittsburgh for 18 years, will be held at the L. Beinhaur & Son Co., Mortuary, 2630 W. Liberty Ave., tomorrow at 2 p.m. Mr. Augenstene, of 111 Phillips Drive, McMurray, Washington County, died Tuesday (Nov. 17) in St. Clair Hospital. He retired from the TB League four years ago. He was also former school director of Brentwood Borough and former secretary of the Fairhaven Building and Loan Assn. He was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church; the Retired Men's Club; and the Center Presbyterian Church, Peters Township. He is survived by his wife, Alma Burbach Augenstene; a son, Milton; two daughters, Mrs. Grace Schindler and Mrs. Lillian Hosenkopf; two sisters, Mrs. Hulda Nelson and Mrs. Ester Arbitel; and 13 grandchildren. Friends will be received at Beinhauer's between 2 and 4 p.m. and 7 and 9 p.m. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Park.
