Zachariah Waters, Aged 86, Dead.

Rockville, Md., Jan. 5.—Zachariah McCubbin Waters, one of this county's oldest citizens, died yesterday at his home near Goshen, following a stroke of paralysis, several months ago. He would have been 87 years old on January 15. Surviving him are his wife, formerly a Miss Magruder, of this county, and the following children, all of this county: Z. M. Waters, Jr., Edwin Waters, Mrs. Laura Griffith and Miss Mamie Waters. The funeral will take place at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the family residence, burial to occur in the cemetery at Goshen.
