Hodges Rites to be held here today

Funeral services for Robert Arnold Hodges, 48 of Monroe will be at 2 p.m. today in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, with the Rev. Jimmy Cripps officiating.

Burial will follow in the Hasley Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mr. Hodges died Tuesday night in the Shreveport Veterans Hospital.

Survivors include his widow, Mr.s Florence Hodges of Monroe, two sons, Robert A. Hodges, Jr. of Monroe and Jerry Hodges of West Monroe, one daughter, Mrs. Martha Ann McDonald of Baton Rouge; three stepchildren, Troy Wink and William Wink both of West Monroe, and Mrs. Lois Carroll of Bastrop; four brothers, Claudie Hodges and Mitchell Hodges, both of West Monroe, Louis Hodges and Jess Hodges both of Borger Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Steed of West Monroe, Mrs. Pearl Doles of Bastrop and Mrs. Ruby Welch of Kokomo, Miss.

Pallbearers will be Roy Hope, George Ramsey, Paul McMillian, Wayne Brown, R. D. Carter and John Barkley.
