Murder Victim. Gloria was the daughter of Charles and Arline Davy, she had four sisters and one brother. A busy young woman who was active in her high school activities. Gloria was a Future Farmers of America Sweetheart and head of her cheerleading squad at SS. Peter and Paul High School, where she graduated from in 1961. She wrote a teenage column for a community newspaper. Gloria was the President of the Student Nurses Association of Illinois from 1965 to 1966. A personality to always help others and a leader to her fellow students. She attended Northern Illinois University in De Kalb and pledged to Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. Gloria had also worked as a Nurses aide at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Dyer. A senior in training at South Chicago Community Hospital, she was one of the six out of the eight slain that was to graduate in August. Gloria was the last victim killed out of the eight, she was the only one that was raped by Richard Speck before he strangled and stabbed her. Gloria was 22 years old.
