He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bessie Davis Haggard; two daughters, Mrs. William J. Martin of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. H.W. Thompson of Albany, La.; one son, Truman Haggard of Baton Rouge; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Welsh Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
