A beloved husband, father, son and brother passed away at his home Saturday, April 16, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Age 50 years.
Mark Badour, known as Sparky Badour, was born September 13, 1954 in Midland, the son of Louis A. Badour and the late Catherine A. (Steger) Badour. He graduated from Bullock Creek High School in 1973.
He married Diane L. Eimers on April 14, 1984; she survived him.
He had been employed by Shull Transport for 23 years. He was also employed by Mid-State Earthworks. Mark was a member of the Hemlock – Merrill VFW Post #7302 Men's Auxiliary. He was a member of the Two-Cylinder Tractor Club and participated in tractor pulls. He enjoyed hunting.
Surviving besides his wife Diane and father Louis Badour were two daughters and one son, LeeAnn and her husband David Ward, Hemlock; Jason Bluer, Chicago; Jessica Badour, at home; three granddaughters, Kendal, Karli and Ava; two sisters, one brother and their spouses, Kim and Tim Davidson, Freeland; Rick and Wanda Badour, Midland; Lori and Steve Gandy, Midland; his mother-in-law, Carol Eimers, Saginaw; two brothers-in-law and their wives, Mike and Roxanne Eimers, Saginaw; Paul and Pam Eimers, Freeland; his nieces and nephews, Troy, Holly, Brent, Nicole, Eric, Michael, Brady and Breck; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides his mother Catherine Badour, he was also predeceased by his father-in-law David Eimers.
