Maybe Just a Memorial Stone located here.
We are not sure if he is buried in England or Oklahoma, but this is his story from the Oklahoma Soldiers of WW1. He died of the great flu.

BAIRD, Charles A. Tribbey Pottawaomie
Son of Mrs Jane E. BAIRD; born KS, Oct 3, 1888; educated in KS public
Schools; entered June 24, 1918; trained Camp Cody and Camp Dix; overseas
Sept 1918, Died of Desease, he made the supreme sacrifice. He answered
the call of the world for help and was on his way to the front, and in
mid-ocean was stricken with an illness, which resulted in his death at
Liverpool, England, Oct 7, 1918; buried in the Everston Cem, Liverpool;
survived by his mother and (2) brothers, Joseph and David. 367,y
