"Charlie" was a fine Christian man who loved good southern Gospel music. He sang bass with his children in a Southern Gospel quartet named, "The Daniel Family," during the late 1950's and early 60's. Charlie was a veteran of both WWI and WWII. He had worked in the automobile plants after coming to Michigan with his family. He passed a away at Beyer Hospital from a heart attack. His parents were Paul Daniel and Julia Jones Daniel. His paternal grandparents were Calvin Daniel and Catherine Lane Daniel. His paternal great-grandparents were Paul Daniel and Mary Daniel. His maternal great-grandfather was Braxton Lane.
