Rhonda was born July 5, 1962 in Newport to Elmer and Lillie Bice Wingo.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her loving husband, Johnnie Bell; two daughters, Rochelle Wingo-Gregson of Jonesboro and Misty Bell of Weiner; a grand-daughter, Lillie Marie Gregson; three brothers, Randy Wingo, Roy Wingo and Jimmy Wingo; and four sisters, Kathy Pippinger, Teresa Alexander, Helen Cliff and Pam Blackburn.
Graveside services were held at the Ballews Chapel Cemetery with Dan Douglass officiating.
Rhonda's nephews served as pallbearers.
