Mrs. William Cable
Lorain - Mrs. Alice May Cable, 88, of 715 North Ridge Rd., died yesterday at 2:05 p.m. in the Anchlor Lodge Nursing Home. She had been ill a long time.
Born in Norwalk, Aug. 28, 1880, Mrs. Cable moved to Lorain 82 years ago. She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ for 75 years.
Surviving are her husband, William; one daughter, Mrs. Carl Youngquist, Tuscon, Ariz; one sister, Mrs. Clarence Webb, Shaker Heights, and two grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home
Home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the First Congregational United Church of Christ. The Rev. T.N. Goodale and the Rev. Aaron W. Downs will officiate and burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Memorial Fund of the First Congregational Church.
