Larry D. Danforth, 77, died at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in Marion VA Hospital, Marion, Indiana. He was born in Marion, Indiana to the late Foy and Charolette (Montgomery) Danforth.
Larry was a US Navy veteran and worked in maintenance. He attended the Christian Bible Church.
Survivors include brother, Jerry Danforth, Marion; children, Tom Danforth, Marion, Chris (Denise) Danforth, Marion, Irene (Chris) Hall, Marion, Charlene (Matt Roberts) Danforth, Marion, Raymond Dodson, Marion; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; former wives, Judy Woggerman, Grace Riley.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 in Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, with the Rev. Marcus Combs officiating. Burial is in Marion National Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday prior to the service in the funeral home.
