He had been a truck driver for Siemer Milling, Teutopolis, later retiring from Hinkels and McCoy of Salem. He was also retired from Labor Hall Local #695 in Effingham and was a member of Full Gospel church of Edgewood.
He is survived by his wife; mother; son, Roger; daughters Robin & Tammie; a brother, Robert; a sister Esther.
Preceding him in death were his father and granddaughter, Brittany Danielle Blair.
