Parker served as a Private, US. Army during World War II.

He resided in Grafton County, New Hampshire prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on June 3, 1944 at Fort Devens, Massachusetts. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed in the manufacture of paper goods and also as Married.

Parker was "Killed In Action" in Belgium during the war and was awarded the Purple Heart.
