aged 21, Daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. A. E. Blades died last night
at Our Lade of the Lake san-
tarium following an illness of
about a month.
Miss Blades was born in Jack-
son, Miss. She underwent an ap-
pendectomy s few weeks ago and
had never regained her normal
health. Before she became ill
plans had been made for her wed-
ding. which was announced for
May 5.
She was a member of the Is-
trouma Baptist church and was
well known in the Istrouma sec-
tion.
She leaves her parents; a sister
Miss Mary Blades; five brothers,
Hugh, Elija, Walton. Alfred and
Allen Blades; a half-sister, Mrs.
Irwin Kelly and a half brother
David Parsons.
