Fifth child, and third son born to Zadok Conrad Mitchell, and Florence Louise Bolton Mitchell. Married Fannie Tann in Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, March 9, 1922. Later divorced. Married Maud Davenport Wood in 1947. Worked at Kennecott Copper Corporation. At the time of death, both were in Mission Trap, Illinois enroute to Massachusetts to vacation when they were killed in a tragic automobile accident. Survived by sons, Albert E Mitchell, and Roy Mitchell, both of Salt Lake City. Daughter Dorothy Mitchell Mills of Granger, Utah.
