Obituary, The Leslie Local, March 11, 1887, page 1, DIED. CROCKER, At his home in the village of Leslie, March 7, 1887, aged 87 years, five months and four days. Andrew Crocker was born in Clarendon, Rutland Co, Vermont, October 8 or 3?, 1799, of a family of 15 children, nine boys and six girls, only one now living. He moved to Washington County, New York in 1806, married Polly Watson there on November 20, 1823, moved to Michigan in 1857 and she died five years later; married Mrs Diantha Barret who lives to mourn the loss of her husband. The cause of his death was apoplexy, hurried by ripe old age. Funeral services were held at the Free Will Baptist church yesterday, Rev Van Wormer officiating.

The tombstones of all children who lived to adulthood are linked except one son: Noah Webster Crocker (1829 NY - 1909 Chicago, IL)
