William L. Riley "Bill" Age 66, passed away at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
He is survived by his daughters Rebecca (Barton) Hurley, Roberta (Daniel) Eddy; 5 grandchildren Lane Hurley, Eric Hurley, William Hurley, Declan Eddy, Erin Eddy; Aunt Vera; Siblings Mary (Jerry) Brown, James (Cathy) Riley, John Riley, Barb (Rick) Patrick; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann (Art) Townsend. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his wife, Linda L. Riley; and his parents, Nicholas and Genevieve Riley-Green; two brothers, Nicholas and Thomas Riley. William was an avid Jeopardy watcher, loved playing euchre; a member of the Lockport Moose as well as a Vietnam Veteran.
He was always there to help his family and fellow man. William was a devoted father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Per his wishes Cremation rights were accorded. Friends may visit the family at the Blackburn-Giegerich Sonntag Funeral Home Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. and memorial service will follow at 6:30 p.m.
