Daughter of Daniel Jackson Manley & Nancy Blackwell. Never married. Was postmistress of Carnesville, Ga. She was Historian for the William Terrell Millican Chapter, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Carnesville. She helped raise the funds to erect the Confederate monument in front of the Franklin County courthouse.
