M. Virginia 'Ginny' (Bowser) Hindman, age 91 of Brookville, PA., formerly of Worthington, PA died November 1, 2006.

She was born on October 8, 1915 in East Franklin Twp., Armstrong Co., PA to N. Clark and Emma (Powell) Bowser.

Mrs. Hindman was a homemaker until after her children were raised. She then was employed as a resident supervisor at Polk State Hospital where she worked along with her husband. She was very loving and nurturing toward animals and plants.

She is survived by her one son; Miles A. Hindman and his wife Maria of Grand Junction, CO; four daughters; Virginia Thornton and her husband Billy of Ft. Collins, CO, Judith A. Stamp and her husband Dick of Cincinnati, Ohio, Joan L. Smith and her husband Bob of Bradys Bend, PA and Janet L. Jacobson and her husband Mike of Arvada, CO; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; five brothers; John Gilpin and his wife Jean of Brookville, PA, Edward I. Bowser of Reynoldsville, PA, Herbert C. Bowser and his wife Ruth of Worthington, PA, Donald L. Bowser of Kittanning, PA and Gerald P. Bowser and his wife Carol of Harlingen, TX and one sister; Martha Patton of Slate Lick, PA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; James Arthur Hindman who died June 9, 1991; three brothers; Sidney Bowser, Roger Bowser and Andrew Bowser and three sisters; Doris White, Emily Morgan and an infant sister, Ruth.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. on Friday, November 3, 2006 at the Bauer Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 515 N. McKean Street, Kittanning, PA.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 4, 2006 at the Bauer Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery in Worthington Boro, Armstrong Co., PA.
