An obituary published in the Shelbyville Democrat on September 30, 1920 for Mrs. Wealthy Neal, mother of Mrs. Lee W. Frazer of Shelbyville, stated that she had died at her home in Windsor [September 26, 1920]. She was born in Ohio and had lived in Windsor for about 35 years. Her husband, John D. Neal, had preceded her in death 18 years previously. Besides the daughter, Mrs. Frazer, also there were three sons, Thomas Y. Neal of Ault, Colorado; Ben Neal of Mattoon and Lewis Neal, who lived with his mother in Windsor and one sister, living in Richland County, Illinois and two sisters and one brother who lived in Utah and Idaho. Funeral services were held from her home in Windsor, Rev. Gant of the Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in the Windsor cemetery.
