This yard was founded on the farm of David Stout, son of Richard Stout and Penelope Van Princes and here in lie his body and that of his wife Rebecca Ashton, of their son James and of his wife Catharine Simeon, of their son John and of his wife Rachel Merrill, of their son Nathan, to whom this monument is erected, and of his wife Esther Ketcham; of their son William and of his wife Eleanor Lane; of their son Nathan and of his wife Mary Ann Fisher, and of their son Simpson.
