Born Dec. 24, 1903, at Cincinnati Community south of Siloam Springs, Mrs. Douthit had lived in the area all her life.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Pat Jones and Mrs. Valerie Penbrook, both of Gentry, Ark., Mrs. Della Tucker, Little Rock, Ark., Mrs. Dee Owens, Whittier, Calif., Mrs. Eunice Rose, Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Marie Clark, Portland, Ore.; three sons, Hubert and David Douthit, both of Sacramento, Calif., and John Douthit, Wadsworth, Kan.; two brothers, a sister, two half-brothers, 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
