In the spring of 1913 he with his family moved to Hubbard, Oreg., where they resided for three years. In 1916 they again came back to Mayton. In the spring of 1918, they moved to a farm near Roundhill, from here moving to his final home near Camrose, Alta. In 1905 he became a member of the Mennonite Church, to which he remained faithful until death.
